Order Confirmation

Our Exchange and Refund Policy
We take pride in our products and will make sure that every bag is meticulously checked before shipment. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with our bags. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, please email us at contact@huabags.com within 3 days from the date of receipt of product for an exchange.
We are happy to provide a one-time replacement for any item available in our catalogue. For a higher replacement value, a top up is required for the difference. However, we are sorry that no refund will be made for a replacement of lower value.
Items returned must be unused and in the same condition as received. Shipping and handling charges for returned products will be borne by the customer.
Goods sold are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
We are sorry that we are unable to process cancellations once the ordered items are shipped.
We are happy to offer payments by cheque, bank transfer or Paypal. Details on the various payment methods will be available in our confirmation email.
